Houston-based developer Land Tejas announced plans for a 12-acre manmade Crystal Lagoon at its Texas City master-planned community Lago Mar. It will be six times as big as the lagoon at Land Tejas’ Balmoral community northeast of Houston and is set to be the largest in the state.
